2nd gen British Asian here. My entire extended family are drug dealers in Bradford all on UC, council houses with a £60k RS6 parked outside. A car I could never afford being a good little wage slave. I'm the only male over 25 who hasn't been to prison. One of my cousins just came out, he loved it, he had weed, PS4 and was in with most of his mates. The UK didn't import cheap labour it imported a mafia.

I never used to be in favour of the death penalty but I am now knowing about these monsters.

I was a prison officer for 26 years, I retired the very day that I was able to get a pension at the age of 55. I could have gone on and earned a greater pension but I’d had enough. The main problem as far as I was concerned was the lack of support from management. About 15 years after I started, DEI kicked in, people from ethnic backgrounds were able to get promotion and enhanced jobs which in most cases they couldn’t handle. They started a fast track scheme whereby a university graduate would join, work for two years as an officer an then be promoted even if they were not able to do the job. They were given responsibilities which they couldn’t handle dealing with officers with far more abilities and experience. I was glad to go.

When he says they're not "forced" to convert, but they choose to over fighting the 'brotherhood' for their whole sentence. THIS is far more concerning than people choosing faith over ganglife like the Christian inmates typically do. In this, the faith and the gang are completely intertwined... ps. They did the SAME tactics in the Ottoman Empire, exact same thing.
