Not the siblings talking sweetly about their parents but didn't call or check in on them in all those years. 😒🙄
The craziest part of this story is 5 other children hadn't heard from their parents in at least 4 years and never raised alarms about it. They didn't give a damn about them either
It’s not that the siblings trusted her the most. It’s no one else wanted to do it and since she lived there with the parents it was a perfect fit.
The obituary leaves me confused. How can they be wonderful grandparents if nobody FaceTimed or called in four years. People love to rewrite history when someone passes.
Ive heard this story before. As a nurse it always shocks me that the physician kept renewing prescriptions without lab draws and a yearly visit. Apparently different in the UK. Doesnt work that way in the United States. Plus physicians wouldnt miss us here😆
The "eulogy" by the siblings....give me a break. If they had been around, even a little,...ugh.
My Dr won't refill my meds if I don't go in for an appt at least yearly and some are 6 months
Humiliation is NOT the appropriate way to parent. I know not everyone may agree with me but I’ve never liked it. I remember being in school with students whose parents would humiliate them every chance they got. I swore to myself I would never do that if I had children. I did have a child and I never did that to him. There’s others way to discipline without causing trauma.
I find it hard to believe the siblings cared for their abusive parents and never checking in on them proves it
The fact that both parents didn’t have close friends checking or visiting them, is indicative of the type of people they were.
