Imagine carnivores were like vegans, we'd be in the fruit and vegetable section of Coles yelling at people telling them how plants are trying to kill them 😆😆
Have spent 10years housebound with incurable FND that robbed me of my legs and put me in an electric scooter = 1year on mostly carnivore and i am going to the gym tomorrow for the first time in 10years now im going all in carnivore full time. Thanks for al the info!
I've been living with a TBI for 10 years headache every day started carnivore 7 months ago lost 35 lbs and my head feed so so much better thank you guys!
Chronic inflammation and small anatomical nerve passageways caused me to have constant pain and numbness in my extremities. I also had chronic pain from DDD and a series of failed disc surgeries in my low back and neck. I was completely disabled and housebound for almost a decade. Now to the present: I have been carnivore for 15 months and, thanks to Dr. Chafee's advice, strict ruminant-meats-only for five months. I am now able to drive, do my own light housekeeping chores, and can sit in a chair for stretches of time. I take daily walks with barely any sign of my former limping gait. I still have symptoms, but the pain is much improved. It may take years for the nerves to heal completely, but in the meantime, I am much more active, have lost 25 pounds, sleep better, have boundless energy, improved mood, and have lost the "brain fog" and digestive issues I suffered from. I will never go back. Carnivore forever! Many, many thanks to Dr. Chaffee!
A year ago I started carnivore for about 2 months. Introduced some keto to relieve oxalate dumping. Drink a lot of coffee, 4 or 5, a day with heavy cream. Smoke about 10 a day. Actually feel better than I have in years. Just can't seem to get rid of the upper torso visceral fat. Other than that, the rest of me has slimmed down nicely. Even a poorly done carnivore is better than the SAD. Never give up good for perfect.
But I really like the blue lights...I find it very calming and soothing....yes I go out and touch grass, thanks to the carnivore diet getting me out of a wheelchair and away from my cane ❤
I have Parsonage Turner syndrome...thank you for this video Dr. Chaffee I'm trying to eliminate carbs... 5 months since my diagnosis and hopeful that I can get full function of my arm back... very grateful for all your hard work!!
A friend has reversed peripheral neuropathy, did strict carnivore and supplemented with benfotamine, fat soluable b1. Symptoms mostly gone and off pain meds. A new lease on life! Took 5 months.
Glenda from black carnivore with AlS seems to be getting better
