I have been very blessed because my parents raised us on meat and fat and I really haven’t been sick a day in my life. I also have a medical doctor here in Los Angeles that speaks very gently like Dr. Chaffee and accepts all patients

Avoid explosive dirrohea at first by keeping the "good fats" at about 50% of caloric intake.. slowly increase your good fat.. at a slower rate. definitely cut out the coffee..when starting.
