CNN Founder Ted Turner Dies Of Dementia! What Can You Do To Protect Yourself?

My sister was diagnosed with frontal lobe dementia. She was diagnosed about 4 years ago. Her condition has not changed hardly at all. She has not gotten worse in that time but has stayed about the same. She chose not to medicate and I wonder if she had, would it have progressed faster. She still lives alone. I check on her weekly and she can still read the paper and use the phone and dress herself and all the basics. I watch her closely. I do her shopping and banking and take her to her doctor appointments but she does everything else for herself.

So Kimchi, garlic ....is the way to go.

I have lost my Dad and my brother and my brother in law is now suffering from these 2 diseases. Its horrible. My dad was 96 but my brother was 71 still young. A vibrant outgoing man who got stopped in his tracks. Its a horrible disease!

How did we make it this far in time w/o doctors before the 1800’s??? Our food was our Medicine! She is so right!!❤❤
