Did Pete Hegseth Commit A War Crime?
Legal Minefield: Debating War Crimes Allegations Against Defense Secretary Hegs
Understand the conflicting legal arguments determining whether ordering a second strike against disabled drug smugglers constitutes murder or lawful kinetic action under current rules of engagement. This analysis reveals the dangerous precedence this case sets for military decision-making.
Short Summary
- The controversy centers on the alleged order by Secretary Hegs to "kill everybody," particularly regarding a second missile strike used against survivors clinging to a disabled boat.
- Defense Secretary Hegs defends the strikes as lawful lethal operations against narot terrorists, countering claims of war crimes.
- Legal experts present polarized views, warning that prosecuting those who follow alleged illegal orders risks inducing a "Ferguson effect" within the military ranks.
This discussion dissects the Washington Post report detailing the two-strike incident off the Trinidad coast. It contrasts the official defense with serious legal challenges regarding combatant status and the definition of a military objective post-disablement. The segment concludes by addressing the chilling consequences for military discipline if broad interpretations of "illegal orders" are permitted in kinetic zones.

Former Honduran President Juan Orlando Hernández was sentenced to 45 years in prison for receiving millions of dollars for protecting drug smugglers. Just Pardoned by Trump.
Short answer: YES Long answer: YES, he did
The reason I'm still subscribed to Ben Shapiro is so I remember how braindead I was when I was a Trump supporter.
It's very suspicious that the administration is not providing any evidence that these are drug boats. And if they're smuggling drugs how do we know they're smuggling them to the U.S.? It's doubtful that the open skiffs we've seen on TV could make the 1500 mile trip from Venezuela without refueling many times.
Justify this any way you need just stop calling yourselves Christians. There is no place in any Bible where Jesus preached kill your neighbor, especially if he's wounded.
Great to see the dipshits in the comments defending stuff we collectivly decided a hundred years ago was a war crime. No you can't shoot someone in a parachute, and you can't shoot people clinging onto pieces of a blown up boat
AUSTRALIA HERE America you are out of control. YOU ARE TALKING RUBBISH
Ben - this is not a war, its fucking the military simply massacring a bunch of people, guilty, or not guilty. Its war when the other side can fire back.
