Parents used the media as babysitter.
Parents should also be held accountable.
Parents dodging responsibility again.
Bad parenting destroys kids
Myspace and FB came out when I was in HS. Immediately I told everyone this stuff is dangerous to our mental and overall health in general. My and my wife plan to continue to keep my kids off SM and limit/monitor their smart phone access. I agree that a lot of the blame comes from the parents or their the kid's caregivers, and legally, it's a very tricky case to prove. But, yea I think we all know the truth
Lazy, irresponsible parents are to blame for a lot of this but once the kids are allowed to get on platforms then these companies are completely at fault with their manipulation.
Parents are the ultimate responsible actors. Social media companies are copable regarding protections and tooling they must provide and metering the additive nature of content they develop and / or allow on their platforms.
Once you made the Iran/Pharaoh analogy I can't unsee it. So spot on.
Man, i still remember that from my English class in high school! Robert Frost "The best way out is always through." Words i've lived by.
😂😂😂 The Bernie impersonation! lol
