It stikes me as blatantly illegal for Berkeley to order a study on how to legally cut White men....but ok.
As a white male, I've never been hired by a minority, and I've interviewed with a few of them over the years; especially in government positions.
Do Universities mind if non-diverse donors donate to the university? By the way, most of those big buildings on campus are named after white male donors. Don't donate to the universities.

This exactly right. Obama was the first president i was old enough to vote for and I did. Red blue black and white we are all Americans he said. Then as soon as he took office white people are oppressors and black people are victims. I never voted liberal again

Gen X'er here. The story is and will be (in 25 years or so) that my generation as well as millennials who were never racist and had thoroughly moved past whatever previous standards of inequality, had to pay for 400 years of cultural strife in about a decade. We watched in literal real time as the country unilaterally decided that all that mattered were optics and spite. That's the real story. All that resentment taken out on a few innocent generations of Americans.
Damn tired of Americans and Westerners refusing to stand up for themselves and prevent the downfall of our culture. It's time for the pendulum to swing back hard.
The government position towards these institutions should be open hostility.
