Ben Reacts to Andrew Tate & Tucker Carlson's Interview

I had depression for years. I took prescribed medication and went to regular therapy sessions to address it. One day, I quit my job, broke up with my girlfriend, stopped taking pills and moved towns. My depression was gone within 2 weeks and has never come back. That was 7 years ago. Depression is your minds way of telling you it’s time to change your life. Just my experience.

This is what freedom of speech should look like, am a fan of Andrew but I like to listen to people like Ben, anyone's opinion should be challenged and debated. Not cancelled. Great job Ben.

He’s basically saying he doesn’t feed the depressive thoughts. He feeds his determination instead. He doesn’t give the emotion power over him.
