I like how they say it's against "their constitutional rights" when talking about deportation. But they're illegal, they are not a citizen of this country, frankly they have no rights here
It seems like common sense that if GDP is rising at 2% per year, you can't increase government spending by 5-10% per year. Eventually, government spending will consume 100% of GDP. Of course, that would make some people happy.
Speaking of Javier Milei, he gave a great interview on Lex Fridman's podcast just this past week. Definitely worth a watch.
I think the US needs to start partnering with Argentina, El Salvador, and other reforming countries
The suggestion of Republicans proposing making the Filibuster part of the Constitution through an Amendment is a great idea. It is very troubling every time the Democrats attempt to do away with the filibuster.
"You're not the media!" I guarantee I get more news than most media personalities by sitting around and listening to Dave Rubin while playing Mortal Kombat at my mom's boyfriend's house. I notice holes in the medias stories constantly because I have the internet.
As a sociologist, the DEI meta-analyses against them have been around for years. But threat and intimidation, and of course publication bias, has kept people like me for speaking out for at least 10 years. “Implicit bias training” being the earliest pseudoscience
