There should be consequences against these people who are bringing these charges against him this is absolutely insane it feels more like the Salem witch trials all over.

It's so ridiculous that charges were made. I hope the other passengers stand up for him. Woke DA has no right to be an attorney. I'm afraid.

People should sue the city for putting their lives in danger. Last time I was there, there was a homeless man acting just as erratic and violent around my mother, and I was worried that I might have had to step in. Luckily the train pulled into a stop, and most people got off to avoid the homeless man.

Once they win I hope they sue the city for malicious prosecution and defamation.

I love how NY will take this case to charge Penny but fail to charge and imprison Neely, and, subsequently, get Neely help. This is infuriatingly corrupt.

Sad I hope he gets off. The type of guy that pushes innocent people in front of trains. Justice was served and charges should be dropped!!! And they wonder why people just ignore violence and people in need of help🤦🏾‍♂️
