In 2003 the "kill the boer" song was deemed hate speech by the courts. It was later overturned and could not be challenged because the Constitutional Court would NOT hear the case, stating there was no chance of success (even though it was found as hate speech previously). Make that make sense! For the record, the former South African flag which the ANC referred to as the Apartheid flag, was deemed hate speech (even though the flag existed from 1910 and South Africans fought in 2 World Wars under it - before Apartheid - was ever instituted - 1948)

Ben, here in SA it is generally known that the ANC party of Ramapoes was bribed by Iran to bring that ICJ case against Israel The ANC was unable to pay their office rent of its headquarters, Luthuli house. or to pay the salaries of the staff, the sheriff attached there stuff and demanded payment. A few weeks later the ANC was flooded with money, paid their debts and fired up the ICJ case.
