How I wish we could this conversation into high schools and colleges. This is actual “learning.”
Brings me joy to see young adults engaged and present in the moment.
The "i don't know" bit is true. If my 8 year old asks me about something i don't know about, i tell her i don't know. Her response? "I'll go look it up" or "can we look it up?" And we're both smarter for it
Shout out to the students! Good questions. Good atmosphere for discovery.
Thank You Together Love Ben The Best!🌞 God Bless Protect You All Always Amen 👍
My Dad modeled epistemic humility. He was well schooled with his P.H.D. but you would never know it because he did not feel the need to show off his knowledge. The idea that "I might be wrong" is a healthy way to approach our conversations and to build trust.
This is an excellent, erudite speech!
Great “Specificity” in both the speech & responses to great student Questions! We need more of this on College Campuses.
Beautiful speech Ben! We need more people like you who are not afraid to speak the truth and say things as they are. You are a beacon of hope for a better future. Thank you!
