I immigrated to the US from Hong Kong. My mom's family had to uproot their lives in Shanghai and fled to Hong Kong at 1950 when the communist took over. Almost died twice during the journey, robbed by pirates and pretty much loss everything they owned. Knowing very well what the communist did and are able to do, I'm very worried over the socialist movements here in the US. Our young generations are brainwashed, naive and ideologically motivated, just like the youth in China when the communist took over decades ago. History repeating itself! I just hope we don't have to learn the hard way.

As an American citizen of Chinese descent, I’m so happy you made this video. People need to know that Mao was a bloodthirsty psycho and it’s unfortunate we don’t have that notion in this country.
My father, born in 1932 always warned me that China was a worse enemy than the Soviet Union.
We’ve been and are currently run by idiot elites.
This is the best thumbnail introduction to the "problem of China" you will find. Even Niall Ferguson could not compress this horrifying story better.
This was worth my time. Excellent segment.
Mao was not educated outside of China. In fact, he held great grudge against all well educated people in China since he never had formal nor western education like other leaders in China. He wanted to be an emperor. The biggest mistake that American government had was the naive idea that CCP would change once their got the benefit economically. CCP never changes and they become more powerful in their totalitarian regime and aggressive, not only in China but towards the outside world. Now the entire world needs to deal with this evil regime which has more economic power than ever before. American government and people need to learn this lesson and stand strong against CCP!
I'll always appreciate that Ben keeps his foot on communism's neck no matter how much gen z tries to repackage it.
And this is what the DSA wants for the US. If the corrupt voting allows this, than force is necessary
