How is this treatment "inhumane?" They're being handcuffed. They're being treated as if they've been arrested, because they have. Same as if they got a dui, got busted shoplifting, what have you. It's the same you or i would expect if we snuck into another country and got busted doing something questionable.

As member of the military who operates large military airplanes for the last 2 decades. The units have flight hrs to use regardless if they have deported immigrants or not. It’s actually more advantageous to fly actual missions for training than it is to burn 8 hrs of fuel 3-4 times a week around the local base. The fuel will be burn regardless, crews need the training hrs.
