I’m just here for Krystal’s bad take.
It’s very simple. He wasn’t found guilty or convicted of an insurrection. That’s it.
😂 Can't wait to watch this mental gymnastics class.
Imagine a Maine clerk deciding who can run for president?
Krystal, they didn’t just make up that Congress has enforcement power over the Amendment. Section 5 literally reserves the power of enforcement of the 14th Amendment to the Congress. Not a state lower court in an evidentiary hearing.
Now imagine every state picking and choosing who is allowed on the state ballots.
Yo. Saagar's side eye when Krystal said naturalized citizens should be allowed to run for president... 😂😂😂 16:25
Krystal, Article 5 of the 14th Amendment says "The Congress shall have power to enforce, by appropriate legislation, the provisions of this article [the 14th amendment]."
Section 5 The Congress shall have power to enforce, by appropriate legislation, the provisions of this article.
Raskin, Swalwell and Wasserman-Schultz... HAHAHHAHAHHAHAHAHHAHAHAHHHAHAHAHHA That screams corruption.
