Brawndo has electrolytes
Adding Fluoride to water and then coming up with a 24 oz mega gulp that contains 50 gr of sugar is such an American thing.
No human wants to know that their ignorance has lead to the harm of others or that they have been wrong about a topic for years.
Once critized fluoridated water with a Californian MD visiting Belgium. He got VERY smug, borderline angry like I was the village idiot questioning such "obvious" science. When I told him most EU countries don't flyoridate water he flat out told me I was wrong. "That's impossible!" Till we Googled it. You have to understand that even in "scientific consensus," the vast majority of scientists are not experts in that subject. They are following the herd like everyone else.
I'm old enough to remember that simply bringing up issues with Fluoride in the water got you labeled as a hippy conspiracy nut
Water? You mean like from the toilet? I drink brawndo.
The Netherlands removed fluoride since 1976 and our dental health is among the best in the world.
Anyone remember when ALL the experts said mercury fillings were safe? Lol.
Ten years ago my wife and I heard about this and removed it from our home, anyone we told about it called us crazy.
i was in a pediatric dentists' office with my two young daughters a few years ago, and got into heated conversation with 3 dentists.... wherein i was questioning the efficacy of fluoridating municipal water, due to the fact that fluoride is only effective at hardening tooth enamel when it comes in physical contact with the tooth, which makes ingesting it superfluous to tooth longevity, but otherwize quite toxic to the human body. they seemed to be summarily brain-washed into believing that fluoride is not toxic, so why worry? i told them that initially, in the 50's, fluoride was prevalent as a by- product in processing uranium for warheads, and the nuclear industry didn't know how to dispense with it, so why not put it into the water supply in order to try and squelch rampant tooth decay?? which is yet more myopic paradigmatic thinking... the problem is, that fluoride is roughly equivalent to mercury in terms of neuro-toxicity, and that's just the tip of the iceberg. topical appplication like swishing the mouth with it is vastly preferable to systemic application like dumping it into the municipal water supply. just don't swallow it, and refrain from drinking unfiltered tap water!...today, certain rare examples of holistic approach exist with towns not fluoridating their water, like santa cruz, california. but suffice it to say ironically, that 99% of america is still dumbing down the iq of the population, threatening our health in a multiplicity of ways with poisonous fluoride, when tooth decay is clearly a dietetic issue.
