I am concerned, how long before we're just using AI to target civilians... oh wait.

Obviously, when A.I. takes everyone's job, most people will end up poor & inevitably homeless. As SCOTUS has ruled that being homeless is illegal, people's loitering fines will eventually be enough to have them imprisoned, meaning the 13th amendment now applies allowing for indentured servitude, AKA slavery. These slaves can then be used to do all of the jobs that the billionaires and trillionaires can't use Artificial Intelligence for BUT also don't want to pay immigrants for either, seeing as they'll all have been sold into South American concentration camps!?! This solves the Ultra wealthy's problem with public blowback to A.I. induced unemployment, homelessness & the removal of immigrants labor efficiently & profitably, as slaves don't have ANY Rights or cost anything either?!?!? Truly a Win/Win!!! The system works.
