This is amazing, take the power from the elites. Unions aren't perfect but it's better than power consolidating one way.

A relative of mine used to be a manager at Wells Fargo, he had to attend anti union trainings while he was a manager.

Excellent, so glad to see Wells Fargo executives finally being held accountable. Unions are not perfect I'm a member of the IBEW (electrician union) and the IBEW is somewhat corrupt but the good outweighs the bad. I tried to not bank at Wells Fargo but Nuvision Credit Union was even more corrupt than Wells Fargo so I had to go back to Wells Fargo. It was such a hassel to switch banks I won't be changing banks again for a while. When I was switching back to Wells Fargo, Nuvision Credit Union didn't do what I asked them to do so I had to follow up on everything, call their supervisors, write terrible reviews and threaten legal action. I have never seen a business ignore my instructions like that and the government really needs to start holding the banking sector accountable.

As someone who worked for Wells Fargo a decade ago. When Fargo basically forced employees to have to meet sales goals that were completely unsustainable. which lead employees to create accounts and sign people up for credit that the customers never ask for or wanted. I can tell you that their practices are unethical on the employees level and customer level. Tellers should not be expected to do the job of bankers, with the only benefit of getting to keep their job. The company isn’t just acting predatory on their customer base but also on their employees. I actually ended up leaving the bank for a union career. My quality of life has never been better.

I would never bank at Wells Fargo. It has a criminal corporate vibe.
