I'm not in the mood to celebrate America's 250th either, Sarah.
Nero throwing a gladiator duel to distract the peasants
a federal judge just ruled that the president has to remove his name from the kennedy center building, website, everything, and he cannot close it even during renovations.
So Trump lied to those musical acts about the Freedom 250 event…this is my shocked face…
Two men trying to kill each other. That seems like the perfect metaphor for what America has become.
I remember 1976. Back then, despite the issues, we had hope for an American future,
Times were not great in 1976. They were bad, in fact, but the Bicentennial still managed to be upbeat and nonpartisan. Having a decent human being in the White House seems to matter.
Texas had to pay out restitution for paxton retaliating against whistleblowers in his office
Everything else aside... I raised my kids to be non-violent. Spelling bees, chess matches, maybe some 1-on-1 basketball. And I cannot believe that THIS is what we're propping up to our children.
If DC hosts a State Fair, does that make them a state?
