This is by far (one of) the most interesting, honest and human episodes of CHD. These are the conversations women have, especially when they have been to therapy. I think something healed in me by listening to Cameron talk about her life and watching how Alex is able to rise to the occasion when these big feelings surface.

I hate that people are so trained by our society to apologize for crying. Let it out dove. It’s a beautiful thing, and no one ever needs to apologize for crying, especially when sharing something to intense and personal.

What I love about Dove's interviews is that every time I learn new information about her, she never repeats herself and it's so satisfying to listen to

She is so emotionally intelligent. I’m not even through the episode. Never comment. She is so smart. She’s been through so much!
