Dany and Rhaegar were siblings, so even tho they're relatively the same age in the show, Dany and Jon are actually aunt and nephew, not cousins.

Ned Stark had planned to tell Jon about his mother before he left for the wall. The last time he sees him, he says "when I get back we'll have a conversation about your mother". But as we know Ned Stark never makes it back to winterfell

What made the season finale so poetically beautiful for Jon was the reason for how he became the King in the North was the fact that the person who spoke up and vouched for him to be the new King is named after his mother Lyanna

The last Tommen scene’s lack of any background music made the scene one of the most epic of all.

Jaime was never on Arya’s list. She is unaware he pushed Bran out of the window. She simply knows that he is Cersei Lannister’s twin. She watched his interactions with Frey to assess if he had anything to do with the Red Wedding and concluded that he was not involved and despised Frey. She let him keep his life.
