Nathan was perfect and only Robin could keep up and they shined together 😂😂❤❤🎉
I love this movie. The scene where Robin Williams falls in the kitchen holding the pot was not scripted and he actually fell but kept it together long enough to finish the scene. He almost breaks.
Your rarely get a chance to appreciate the talent of Hank Azaria outside of the Simpsons, and this movie does it justice!!
That dinner scene is COMEDY GOLD.
Christine Baranski is spectacular, I adore Nathan Lane, and Robin Williams is truly one of a kind.
Val was the villain in this for me. I remember seeing this when I was 12 and it was so eye opening even though I grew up in a black lgbt community. To see the other side was fascinating and how they had to hide. My grandparents friends were trans, lesbian and gay and were out and knew how to fight ANYONE who had an issue with them. I still love this movie and it’s in my top 5, 30 years later
They originally cast Steve Martin as Armand and Robin Williams as Albert. Steve had to drop out because of scheduling conflicts. Robin didn't really want to do such a flamboyant character right after doing Mrs. Doubtfire, so he switched to Armand and that's when they brought in Nathan to play Albert.
Til this day I still yell, "I pierced the toast" when I do! 😂
RIP Gene Hackman. 😢This just reminded me of the awful way he passed last year with his wife.
Since the day this came out my wife & I refer to all aspirin, ibuprofen, etc. as "Pirin" tablets.
