If neil is kats and sators son, that means Tenet is a story of a young man going back in time to save his mother and stop his father from ending the world and sacrificing himself to help his mentor complete the mission. Thats emotional
The best thing about this film is that the more times you watch it, the more layers you peel back each time that add to the details of the story. You can also watch a reverse version of this entire movie on YouTube. It's nuts! This movie is way ahead of its time and will soon be appreciated for the masterpiece that it is.
Neil genuinely might be my favorite Nolan character
This is actually my favorite Nolan film. This is the film where I felt he hit the perfect balance of letting actions speak more than words, editing, direction of action sequences, and of course the score. I'm happy that it won the Oscar for VFX, but I felt it deserved the Editing win too.
These two did this movie justice for keeping up with it, I honestly don't know how they did. 99.99% of reactors are confused or miss a plot point yet they are actually predicting the actual plot points. Yall really undersold yourselves cause I was just here for the ride but enjoyed it so so much that yall were able to keep up and keep it entertaining and light. Seriously, you girls rock
It’s Nolan’s vibes movie. Basically it’s a story against the apathy of predetermination or fate. Neil even says it “What’s happened happened; it’s not an excuse to do nothing.” Prya knows everything, almost, so does Neil. Entropy inversion, such a cool way to time travel. The vibes are great and I want the Protagonist to win.
This whole movie is about that last scene. That was the beginning and end all happening at the same time. By saving her and her son, he set his own future in motion. He was always going to make that choice. Neil even gave him a push and nudge into that whether he knew it or not. This whole movie was about her and her son. Neil was the true protagonist in this movie. Every single move he made was calculated, and more so due to the fact he always knew it was his death that would ultimately be the act that saved the world.
Alli, that was the most on point characterization of Robert Pattinson I‘ve ever heard! Kristen should take a shot at more of his movies, he is fantastic. Also, great reaction, you got so many details :)
Intro: “What is going on you, guys?” Me: is that a greeting or a legitimate question about the movie😂😂😂
Liz Debicki is 6'3" and I'm 100% here for it.
