Todd rundgren has always been one of the most underrated interesting cats in the music and sound industry People would be surprised to learn how much he shaped a lot of that era without people realizing Seriously he is a quiet legend and only those who were paying attention knows
...and Brian Eno created the "Microsoft Sound" that opened Windows '95 back in the mid 90's, as well. :)
And yet, ironically enough I have Todd Rundgren singing “Hello it’s Me” as the ringtone everytime my fiancee calls/texts me.
Naturally. When I was a kid, I learned the word "Onomatopoeia" from his 1978 album with the song so titled, and the sound effects it described.
Todd Rundgren is one of the best musicians ever "born to synthesize"
Todd Rundgren! Way too much underappreciated musical hero!
Todd has always been a genius creating sound since 1972. His recent interview with Professorofrock he explains how he did a lot of it and talks about his long career. I'm looking to see if his upcoming tour this summer is coming to Toronto. Thanks for this amazing video.❤🇨🇦
I sure envy your life and I love your work❤❤❤🙏🙏🙏🙏
I love Todd Rundgren!! This is so interesting to see and i did not know this. Love your channel
His Being Human album in 1989 was one of his best, then after ringtones he was messing around with CD-ROM
