Mearsheimer seems to be the only one in the room that "gets it". The other guy is only venting frustration.

Since 2008 or so, Mearsheimer has predicted ACCURATELY everything that was going to happen in Ukraine. People should keep that in mind when listening to this.

Remember the 2022 peace summit in Turkie between Russia and Ukraine agreements before Boris Johnson, then the PM of UK scraped the agreements to the dust(garbage bin)

Someone should explain to Denys that the victor sets the terms not the losing team.

That's a showcase of a person who argues with knowledge against a person who denies reality and argues with emotions.

Pilash, the Global South is not supportive of wars anywhere but it is actually not that invested or interested in taking sides in the reasons and political arguments of Ukraine-Russia war that much, that is s why the Global South is largely silent. This Ukraine war is about whether Ukraine joins NATO and become part of the EU which really is not acceptable to RUSIA plus USA is not interested in returning to the Cold War with the implied return of an escalation of the Nuclear Weapons Race. Also or, besides, all these countries who attended the 18/08/25 gave guarantees that NATO would not expand into UKRAINE, period.
