Start arresting the employers and give them the same sentence as they are accomplices.
Employers using illegal immigrants as labor have to be included in the enforcement. No carve-outs.
Everyone involved in illegally issuing this criminal a license and cdl should be criminally charged.
That guy was driving the way they do in India. Hopefully california is directly sued for the deaths.

I have never seen a semi truck make a U turn on any road. I mean WTF?
My car was hit by a FedEx truck in California and driver had a temp driving permit issued to him, did not speak english and he was from middle east. He tried to run after hitting our car but we got him and called the cops. This is ridiculous!!!
Prison and sue Newsom and California
