Non-citizens have no voting privileges, if they want to vote become a citizen.
So, in California they want to legalize theft, fraud and cheating on voting!!! The place is totally CORRUPT!!
Only American citizens should have the right to vote PERIOD!!
If they dont want to follow our laws, then why should they be allowed to vote on our laws?
