For everyone who struggles to do the healthy Keto, I get it! I would encourage people who struggle not to give up, take bile salts and watch all the videos over and over! There’s an answer to each of our particular obstacles. It took me quite a few tweaks and a prolonged fast before my system was running smoothly on Keto. I still am learning each day how to do better.

Found Dr Berg about 4 months ago and took the plunge with IF a couple of weeks later after I had enough information. Lost over 45lbs very easily, without extra exercise, just by the IF and an understanding of the significance of IR. I have been on diets for decades and have NEVER heard the word “insulin” in any of them.
