54yo but strangers always thought am 35. 1. Peace from God 2. Good and healthy diet 3. Once a year 3-day cleansing detox. (This 2 -day detox with carot juice is only allowed ONCE a year. More will be malnutrition). 4. Exercise 5. Minimal sugar and processed food 6. Fasting
I find it much harder to quit sugar than quit smoking. Its the worst dependence there is.
Oh, I forgot about one more: Start hanging out with a lot of older people - you will feel much younger::))
I used to look young. I'm 58 now. I had a good job that paid very well, but due to so much theft of cash, the company sold out. Here I am 5 yrs later, sick with fibromyalgia, can't hold up to work, I'm wrinkling up from the use of pain medicines and I look and feel lousy. I'm fighting to keep my house. I need your prayers. Thank you all.
I am 73 and I am married, but I listen to Dr. Bergβs exemples and boy, I am doing so well!
