Dr. Berg, I'm not sure if you're allowed to discuss this topic on YouTube, but I think the fact that our food supply is being poisoned by mandatory injections (mRNA injections incoming and in some cases already here) in our livestock and by genetic engineering of our produce - I think these changes are really going to impact our ability to experience good health on ANY diet unless we are growing our own food or buying food from trusted sources who are refusing to capitulate to demands that they comply with these "health" measures. The "organic" label is not, to my knowledge, going to protect people from consuming mRNA products.
I'm 55 years old, and I haven't had sugar or carbs in 16 months. I only have your healthy keto plan. I intermittent fast between 20 and 24 hours every day. My energy level hasn't been this energetic in a very long time. There's more to life than just stuffing our jaws with junk food. I wish I had known this year's ago. Thank you, Dr. Berg!!!!
"Old age is a privilege." This was a sign in my family doctor's office when I was a kid in the 1960s. He still made house calls even in 1975. Those were the days.
Strategy: live long 1) low carb 2) IF 3) PR - not lean 4) Veggies 5) exercise

Found Dr. Bergs videos a 1 year ago. Since then I’ve lost 40 lbs, my skin is healthier and my blood pressure is down. I haven’t even attempted keto, just the way Eric explains how foods affect me makes it easy to make better decisions. I haven’t quit eating anything completely I’m just conscious of my intake. Watch his lemon water and intermittent fasting those two combined is wildly effective. Thanks Doc
