Counseling is really helpful to deal with the underlying cause if addiction. Trauma experiences are usually the cause. I had a 38 year addiction and for me it was due to my childhood up bring.
I managed to get into OMAD. I didn't believe I could do it. Now I love it except for some depressive periods. I believe my body it's calibrating to a new paradigm.
Where did you find Steve Dr. Berg? I just love his voice! You both make an excellent pair doing your show. When I had the privilege of being on your show he has the kindest personality and a very gentle way of talking to people. You are both awesome. Thank you for all you do to help all of us.
What nutrients helps to correct Kidney disease?
South morrocco What is the chemical nature of ketones?
Yes carbs and sweets are addicting to me I sit watching TV and my mind is always wanting to eat sweets. I know that sugar is definitely an addiction. I have no problem with intermediate fasting its the sweets I struggle with.
Would love to hear Steve's full success story as it seems it was most beneficial for mental health which in the month of December is major.
Thank you for your information. Although I can't make it live I listen later.
Our goat while I was growing up was Billy as well ❤️❤️❤️. Great job Dr and Mrs Berg! Thanks!
I keep missing this, I had a question to ask. Maybe next time.
