This man is giving free natural remedies information to the people to treat their issues. But the major problem is people in general are either too lazy or inconsistent with following such advice and just want a quick fix it pill to solve their problems.
What's missing here is chronic stress & lack of sleep linked with high cortisol. Cortisol plays a big role in magnifying inflammation.
