It’s disgusting how YouTube sensors videos that actually gives people knowledge about their health. Thank you Dr. Berg.
will someone please put this guy on a world health organization ....incredible info.
This to me, this is one of the most important videos that Dr Berg has shown. I'm a 59 year old from the UK, still learning, but all I can say is, God bless Dr Berg who freely gives via YouTube, his knowledge. Once again, many thanks for keeping ordinary people like me informed 🙏🏻😊
There are many knowledgeable people on many topics. But very few people can teach as effectively as this guy. This guy is an amazing teacher
I was super tired yesterday and went to do errands. I missed the bus and it comes every hour and it's-15 out, so instead of sitting there for an hour I decided to walk home. As I walked I became more energized, no more tired and felt great. Was relaxing and super enjoyable, I need to walk more... it's just hard to get out when it's so cold outside. -22 today...
The fact that 89k people watched this video is telling. We need energy!!
I’m falling asleep just watching this video. I’m so tired I can barely sit for 5 minutes without knocking out.
