My husband went from an a1c of 18.8 and FBS of 12 last 2021 to a normal range of 5.0 and he has been maintaining it at that level for a year now. Thank you Dr. Fung for sharing your knowledge and God bless you

2 months ago I started low carb, 2 meals a day, no refined sugar. And followed glucose goddes and dr fungs methods, after almost 7 years of infertillity, I am 6 weeks pregnant. Still cant believe it

My Doctors are believing in fasting more than the last few years. I have been getting some good results from the weight loss was 410 lbs and I am 237 now. Also From listening So many of the local Doctors are So out of touch . But after finding out about Dr and learning how to read the food and vitamins labels for ingredients I can feel 💯 again because it's a Big blessing to find out about So many of the local Doctors are So out of touch . I started keto 3 months ago, in a couple of months I will do a blood test. I do not have diabetes, but there is insulin resistance. I hope for improvement of numbers. I eat once in 24 hours . In my 74 years ,I feel great and this is the most important thing. 🙋‍♀️❤️
