Fasting is the first thing I have found that is truly helped me lose weight. Iβm down 50 pounds so far. Got another 50 to go. But I am encouraged. I finally found something that works for me.
Down over 70 lbs intermittent fasting eating one meal a day. Also occasionally doing a 48 hour fast. Blood panel better than any time in my life, sleep great, feel great. Also gave up alcohol in 2019 which has been life changing.
Jason Fung should be given the Nobel Prize !
Two years ago my doctor said " You are pre diabebetic and you have high Cholesterol, so I want to put you on Statin Medication" So I said NO Way! I was 246Lbs. I started on a low carb diet, One meal a day and I walked every day , I did some weight lefting two or three times a week, So I am 70 and I am retired, I lost over 50Lbs. Lowered my blood presssure, Have a better body and feel much better. I only take a low dose blood Pressure Med. and still eat one or two meals a day, and fell like I will live for another 20 or 30 years!
Soooo thankful I found your videos, lectures and books. Four years ago I was almost 300lbs and a metabolic mess. I lost 160 lbs by eating LCHF keto and fasting. I'm 61 now, active, off ALL my medications and loving my fasting lifestyle to maintain. Thanks for all you do πππ
I also found fasting as a way to lose weight. Iβve been fasting for over 2 years and Iβve lost over 40 lbs.

I started fasting in 2022 to lose weight, build some muscles and strength as I exercised resistance training but I later learnt other benefits of prolonged fasting, nutrition and exercise and it has now become my lifestyle thanks to this great Doctor.
The people on the Internet against fasting are mad because they can't make money off it
