This topic was right on time for me! I was having some bloating, nausea and pain in right shoulder about 3 weeks ago. Went to the ER and they did an ultrasound on my gallbladder and said my biliary duct was dilated 1 mm more than average of 5-6, mine was 7. Next thing I know an internist wants to do a nuclear HIDA scan and possibly remove my gallbladder due to possible “biliary dyskinesia.” 😅 Started a regimen of ACV in warm lemon water with artichoke tincture every morning, taurine 1 gram twice daily, some aloe vera juice and lots of ginger in my food. Much better now. Think I’ll skip the HIDA scan for now.
Why didn't you mention Tudca and Ox Bile?
Egg yolks are the best source for choline. Better than any plant source like lecithin.
Been taking bile salts (Toniq 220 PPG) with Black walnut/Clove/Wormwood 💊. My GI tract is finally, at 77, very happy 💃
Salad before meals used to be BITTER greens, not sweet sticky stuff.
