12:00 I think you'll find that Mando himself says that he removes his helmet daily, just not in the presence of others.
The Mandalorian's armor is just like Wolverine's skeleton, too strong to not have it but it's simultaneously poisoning them through and through
But he takes off his helmet/armor when he's alone. He baths and likely cleans the inside of the armor.
So he does remove their helmet to clean it and eat and stuff, it's the same for their armer
On one hand, he does take the helmet off, on the other, he spends most of his time in it, since he can't remove it in front of anyone.
The mandalorians can remove their helmet but just not in front of other living beings so there is a lot of ways they bypass the rule.
What if he has a cooler in his suit
While we havenβt seen it yet, Iβm assuming the Mandolorians have to take their armor & underclothes off at some point. If not for basic hygiene, then for regular equipment checks. Perhaps the Mandolorians have their own cleaning ritual that involves isolating themselves in a cave or other enclosed area to remove all their clothing & wipe themselves down with a washcloth & any available water.
In the words of Amberly Veil: "It's great my power armor has air conditioning, but I can smell everyone who's worn it for the past several thousand years."
Mando's armour has an inbuilt cooling system, just like the Fetts armour and most of the clone armour
