I think a missed speech check is the bridge scene! You even hear a successful speech chime as she convinces everyone to lower their weapons

15:30 before you consider the time a problem also consider that time is dilated. Your 2 hours of playtime is equivalent to days of in game time passing. Load screens don't exist irl, among other things like deciding what to say to somebody for 30 seconds of real time (canonically and without dilation that's like 30+ minutes of you two just staring at each other)

Even though it wouldn't make much of a difference in level, convincing Maximus to give the Power Core back is definitely a hard check. That suit could mean life or death for him. She essentially talked him into being able to die easier.

We could speculate on the perks Lucy has. So, in FO4, you can take idiot savant no matter what your Int is, and at level one you gain an additional 3x EXP from ANY ACTION. The higher your INT, the lower the chance it’ll happen. Lucy definitely has level one of idiot savant, because there are times in the show where she does something dumb/idiotic, which could be an indication of idiot savant popping off and providing 3x EXP. There is a high probability that she could have gained enough EXP from idiot savant popping, to be another level higher, potentially 2 depending on when it pops. If it triggers as the result of finishing a quest, let’s say the super duper mart quest just to make things simple, that would mean she would’ve made 234 x3, or 702 EXP! I did my own little test and even at INT 10, idiot savant still popped quite often, just performing random actions. I have a feeling that Lucy could be level 8 or 9 potentially closer to 10.
