One thing that was not mentioned was the reason the "how to get into heaven" page was blank was because Bill said the writing would be invisible to people with sinful thoughts. So it's not that he doesn't believe in heaven. It's that he thinks we are all freaks.

Me and my friends were going on a trip through Oregon, and one of my friends (Jamcat) picked up the book of bill. The next day we went through Salem, and then thunderstorms started, I got sick, and we had trouble navigating through the city. A few days later, Jamcat found a part in the book where Bill Cipher says to "look out for his work in Salem." Bill deadass tried to ruin our trip.
okay so basically the oracle/"jessie" didnt date bill. she became too powerful and found out a way to defeat bill. we see this in journal 3 when the oracle gives ford the metal plate in his head, she know how to block him out of the mindscape.

Ah yes. The ORACLE is who Bill is talking about with his angsty ex references. No other character, obviously. Not like there's a whole section dedicated to a character who has a close relationship with Bill. Historians will call them roommates or whatever.
