I think you’re absolutely right that people want authenticity these days, not only for the reasons you mentioned, but also because of the increasing flood of AI slop. I’m much more likely to watch a video of an actual person talking into a camera than one that just has animated images with voice over because chances are that it’s AI generated garbage and I’m sure many others feel the same. So I totally understand and support this shift.

The thing that I’ve honestly loved to see since Matt left is how each host is able to make each show into *their* show rather than just being stuck with trying to continue doing Matt’s show, I’m super here for this
