It's basically Minsk 3.0 plan - no real settlement, no border solutions, ceasefire to rearm, legalisation of theft of assets, 600k of AFU and no guarantees from the West, only restrictions on Russia. Just theater and madness. I'm amazed how it's even considered serious and not as distraction

Ukraine rejects the peace plan, comes up with a peace plan that is ridiculous, Russia rejects the peace plan. The war continues. In three months, repeat the same process. And the SMO continues.
