As someone from Europe I don’t want a transatlantic block. I would prefer a Eurasian block.

I will tell you, sir, what the West is: We are the successors of imperial nations. Our business model was to oppress other nations to steal their wealth. After WW2 the open oppression was not possible anymore so we did it indirectly by building up international institutions which where dominated by us and our rules. But the global south emancipated and now even the indirect oppression doesn't work anymore. The only way out for the West of its decline is to get rid of its oligarchs

Britains Commonwealth was nothing more than imperialism and vampirism!

Corruption has undone societies, always does. Same thing ends all empires so far, including the US!

They are not pointless or useless as many comments suggest, although some at least, might be annoyed by this particular interview. Even here with this guest, I could derive much of use and is a valuable contribution to solving problems.

Most interesting, thank you Prof. Diesen for having your guest on. Most intriguing idea. Go forward with the economic reintegration, give time for the conflict to come to an end, and then finalize peace as now Europe would accept the results. It would be revolutionary as it ends "liberal universalism".
