I don't know what Mark Episkopos has been smoking, but he needs to come off it in his analysis of Russia's current situation. Russia is not isolated. It has massively expanded its relationship with tbe Global South and BRICS. It has found America unreliable and two faced, it has found the Europeans, a la Minsk 2, similarly dupicitous . Russia has been learning that prosperity lies to the east and south. That the Europeans and Anericana tarrif and sanction themselves into recession is not a road that attracts Russia at all.

14:00 EU membership... EU has now declared its pursuit of military cooperation. How can Russia agree on no nato membership and than agree to EU membership. Seems like EU is working hard on making that impossible.

It is a pipe dream that Russia would accept this weapons in neighboring countries concept als Glenn mentioned. Although i believe Mark genuinely wants to solve this conflict the only thing he is doing is convincing me that Russia has no alternative then continuing the fight until NATO presence in Ukraine is completely removed.
