Prof Sachs views and suggested solution should be taken seriously by US and all other sides! Sachs has been a Development Economist in that region from 1990 when Reagan/Bush Sr & team were having Discussions on German Reunification followed by Soviet Collapse next year AND Prof Sach has seen this mess become the Banyan tree it has, right from the seeds in 1994 under Clinton to start with!

Prof Diesen, It would be helpful if Norway could induce more of Western Europe to understand the urgent need to end this conflict, as they're not listening to anyone else certainly.

Jeff, call it stupidity, from UK, UE and France! I agree with you, Jeff, 95%. Once the territories will be arranged between Russia an Ukraine with the Hell of Trump, I don't think it will be necessary any peace troops. Ukraine shall become neutral, most of the Russian speaking territories eill stat with Russia. Let's not furget that under Ukraine today there are territories who belong to Poland and Romania orior to WWII, and also, let's not forget how Ukraine treated the minorities in these teritories!
