Obedience never gets rewarded as long as it is towards the US. They will only take for granted they can mistreat and abuse you however they like and they will.

Ambassador Heine seems to FORGET 20+yrs of BRUTAL SANCTIONS AND SEIZURES OF SOVEREIGN WEALTH! Directed by the US and executed by US (CITCO in the US) and UK (sovereign gold reserves at the Bank of England). I'd to see what would happen to Chile under such sanctions for over 20 years?!

The main reason for Venezuela's economic problems was the U.S. primary and secondary sanctions that were designed to cripple their economy by completely cutting them off from global trade. The reason China, Russia, and Iran were trading with Venezuela is that those are the only 3 countries who are willing to bypass U.S.- imposed sanctions by bartering with Venezuela, thereby circumventing the banks which are the tools of implementing sanctions.

"It's not about helping South America come out of its difficulties, it's about subjugating South America." Let's say the quiet part out loud, "...so the US can exploit South America's resources without having to purchase them at their actual market value. But this is what the US has been about in South America for over a century now."
