I was walking in Portland in 2012 and saw a guy in a crowd across a busy street who I recognized but couldn't place. I thought maybe it was a customer from when I'd lived and bartended there a decade before. Not wanting to be rude I pretended I remembered exactly who he was and waved. He waved back to me enthusiastically, like a muppet. I realized half a block later that I recognized him because he was Fred Armisen and we had never met in person, he was just being a friendly goofball. Whaddaguy
