Pastimes, practices, and products that were once allowed—even encouraged—which you will never see again in modern America. There was a time, not long ago, when doctors would actually recommend smoking, and when we stored our food in toxic refrigerators, and unknowingly played with radioactive toys, flew down slides that ripped our skin off, and decorated our Christmas tree with ornaments made from asbestos. Fast-paced, informative, and a little bit scary – from perilous playgrounds to precarious products, it’s a running cavalcade of the most exciting, reckless, unsupervised tales of Americana in our history. From best-in-class documentary events, to a signature slate of industry leading nonfiction series and premium fact-based scripted programming, The HISTORY® Channel serves as the most trustworthy source of informational entertainment in media. We called that the Marrygoround. Throughout my adult years, these new Gen Z kids used to tie a rope around the handle, wrap it as many times possible, tie the other end to a truck, tie their enemy to the center then put in drive and watch the world go around. Sometimes get so bad that they would almost die. Or take a dirt bike and put the rear tire on the edge and five it full throttle. It was crazy. I've watched it once but left about midway. Couldn't stand to watch that kind of torture. It was crazy

We used to have one called Jet Scream a giant rocket ship with seating that looked like a theatre. I was too young to go on but my brother got stuck for a longtime his nose bled lol. The ride would swing so hard that eventually It was meant to spin all the way around, it was so big you could see it from almost anywhere. You would watch to see if it would get stuck upside down but it always fell eventually. Just saiyan
