FBI - finding bullshit internally
Great episode, and I’m glad Matt and Dan brought attention to this case. The part people need to understand is that Amiri is the co-defendant Dan mentioned and the K9 officer involved. I believe he is innocent and is serving a 7 year federal sentence over a justified use of force by a proactive cop doing his job. The government’s case relied heavily on another officer who, in my opinion, changed his story and aligned himself with the government to help his own charges. Matt and Dan are absolutely right about the trial tax. When someone goes to trial, the sentence can become wildly higher than any plea offer, and Amiri’s case shows exactly how broken that system is. This case deserves attention, outrage, and a serious second look.

So this guy said he can make up a violation to pull people over but don’t know he’s dealing illegal drugs 😂😂😂serving the law but don’t know the law

I just now realized you didn’t get out of prison until 2019.. for some reason in my head I assumed you got out around 2013-15. It’s insane all you’ve done in 7 years. What a fucking comeback story.
