I've been watching the I've Had It podcast since 2023, at the height of political apathy on the liberal side of Hungary. I'm a 25 year old gay man and Orbán has been in power since I was 9 years old. To experience the fall of his rule made possible by in large young people is truly amazing. I feel such a relief of burden. I'm looking forward to the end of using hatred towards my people as political ammunition. To not be feared by people for who I am, because I'm not hurting anyone. Through his hatred of minorities, he's tried to make the lives of people like me in this country miserable. But we're still here, and love will always prevail. I'm very hopeful, that from now on I can live my life freely in MY country, because finally I'm proud to be Hungarian.
